Cass Waters is a mixed media painter from Woodstock, GA whose work explores the entanglement of living beings and the boundaries to free will. Cass studied painting at the Scottsdale Artist's School, The Palette & Chisel Academy of Fine Art, The Missoula Fine Arts Studio, and she currently attends the New York Academy of Art.
